Through Jetta Grove Consulting, I worked on content and growth marketing for technology businesses across the US and beyond. That work taught me to connect the words on a page to the customer’s next decision.
Today, that same attention goes into the operations behind a business: how an enquiry is understood, how a reply gets prepared, and how a decision becomes a next step.
